Among other things, auto top-up is required to be activated if you wish to do fulfillment of shipping from within the dashboard of your Smart Send – enabled e-commerce application. To activate auto top-up, log in to your VIP console and click on the ‘API Bookings’ tab, and then click the checkbox for ‘auto top-up’.
